1. Operator

CloseHub is the public-facing name used for services operated by BĂLTOIU DAN-MIHAI PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ.

2. Acceptance

By using this website, creating an account, booking a call, or working with CloseHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, app, or request services.

3. Services

CloseHub is a sales productivity and pipeline management tool for sales teams and closers. The platform provides sales dashboards, pipeline visibility, workflow support, integration-based reporting, and operational tools for teams that sell through calls. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms are agreed separately for each engagement or subscription.

4. Bookings

Calls booked through the calendar are used to understand your current sales systems, bottlenecks, and potential product fit. Booking a call does not create a paid engagement unless both parties agree to a written scope, subscription, or commercial arrangement.

5. Fees and payment

Paid work begins only after the scope and payment terms are confirmed. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices and subscriptions are due according to the payment schedule stated in the proposal, invoice, checkout, or service agreement.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Free discovery calls can be rescheduled or cancelled before the booked time. Refunds for paid services or subscriptions are handled according to the refund and cancellation policy linked in the footer.

7. Client materials and access

You are responsible for providing accurate information, data samples, system access, and feedback needed to use or configure the product. CloseHub will treat private business information with care and use it only for the agreed work or product operation.

8. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, final deliverables created and paid for by the client may be used by the client for their business. CloseHub retains ownership of reusable methods, templates, internal tooling, know-how, software, and pre-existing materials.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the website, app, or services for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party systems, unauthorized data access, or any work that would violate applicable laws, platform terms, or security requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

Services are provided with professional care, but CloseHub does not guarantee specific revenue, growth, or operational outcomes. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Romanian law, unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Disputes should first be handled in good faith through direct communication.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date above.
